THRIV3 is a proudly Aboriginal-led organisation dedicated to empowering rural and remote communities through inclusive, community-led programs that prioritise culture, connection, education, and opportunity. Based in Trangie, NSW, we work with all community members - Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal - with a strong cultural obligation to create awareness, connection, and opportunity for everyone.

Who We Are:

THRIV3 is a registered charity and Indigenous Corporation (ICN 10165) with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. As an Indigenous Corporation, we are guided by cultural values, strong leadership, and the voices of our communities. Our work focuses on strengthening identity, building life skills, supporting employment pathways, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for youth, families, and communities to thrive.

Everything we do is underpinned by cultural respect, community inclusion, and long-term impact. At our core, THRIV3 believes in action, not just words. We walk alongside our people and communities to build confidence, cultural connection, and long-term capability.

Where does your money go?

All payments received for services such as training, facilitation, or program delivery are not for profit and are reinvested directly into THRIV3’s charitable purpose. Our trainers and facilitators volunteer their time, meaning no wages or salaries are drawn from these payments.

Instead, all funds are returned to our charitable income pool and used exclusively to support and expand programs that benefit rural and remote communities.

We are committed to full financial transparency, ensuring that every dollar received is used to create direct community impact.
